How we work

An engagement path the aftersales team can follow

Whether you book a full performance review or a half-day briefing, the sequence stays familiar: clarify the question, gather extracts, walk the floor, then present findings where decisions are made.

  1. Scope call We confirm brands, sites, the aftersales question you need answered, and which extracts your DMS or OEM portal can produce without a special project.
  2. Data intake You send repair-order samples, parts movement, labour hours, and CSI summaries for the agreed window. We flag gaps early instead of inventing numbers.
  3. Floor observation On-site work covers reception, the parts counter, and a quiet circuit of the bays. We watch advisor handoffs and parts asks as they happen.
  4. Analysis & charts Findings stay tied to your extracts: RO mix, parts attach, bay hours, and CSI themes ranked by what the floor can change next.
  5. Leadership session We present to the aftersales directors and managers who own the schedule—leaving a printed summary and a ninety-day action list when the engagement includes one.

Where we work

Most site visits happen in Greater Bangkok. Dealerships further afield in Thailand are welcome; travel days are quoted separately so the engagement fee stays clear.

Desk-only briefs and monthly reporting packs are delivered remotely, with optional quarterly check-ins for Bangkok metro clients.
