What dealership teams said after the work

Comments below reference specific engagements. Names and roles are shared with permission; company names stay general where groups asked for discretion.

“The RO mix charts finally showed our principals why retail maintenance was soft even when the workshop looked busy. The visit itself was quiet and respectful of the advisors’ time—though we wished the draft findings had arrived one day earlier before the group meeting.”

Somsak Prasert · Aftersales Director · Multi-brand dealer group, Bangkok

Aftersales Performance Review
“We knew parts fill looked fine on the OEM report. The margin brief pointed at the SKUs advisors had stopped offering. That single list paid for the engagement in the next service campaign.”

Narin Chaiyawan · Parts Manager · Franchise dealership, Bang Kapi

Parts & Labour Margin Brief
“The half-day briefing used our own CSI comments, not a generic training deck. Advisors argued, then agreed on three habits. Two weeks later the mid-job messages were actually going out.”

Ploy Wongsawat · Service Manager · Passenger car dealership, Nonthaburi

Dealer Workshop Briefing
“Monthly packs arrive on the day we agreed, with the same chart order every time. Leadership stopped asking for ‘one more slide’ because the priorities section already names three actions.”

Anan Rattanakul · Dealer Principal · Independent dealer group, Greater Bangkok

Monthly Aftersales Reporting
“Cortexmatrixbase walked the reception line with us and caught how loaner handoffs were eating advisor minutes. Small observation, clear write-up. We still handle OEM system changes ourselves—they never pretended otherwise.”

Kittipong Saelim · Workshop Supervisor · Authorised service centre, Pathum Thani

Aftersales Performance Review

Extended note: retail maintenance soft despite a busy workshop

A multi-brand Bangkok group booked an Aftersales Performance Review after principals saw strong bay occupancy but flat retail parts. We sampled ninety days of ROs, walked reception during two morning rushes, and mapped CSI free-text beside the RO mix.

The findings pack showed warranty and campaign hours absorbing the morning schedule while retail maintenance slipped into fragmented afternoon slots. Advisors had shortened walk-around questions to keep the line moving. The ninety-day list focused on protecting two late-morning retail windows and reinstating three high-attach questions at check-in—not on buying new reporting software.

Six weeks later the service director reported clearer conversations with principals using the same RO mix chart format we left behind. The mild friction in their testimonial—draft timing before a group meeting—is fair; we now lock draft delivery two full days before any board session when the calendar allows.
