Services described

Pages describing reviews, briefs, briefings, and reporting are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timeline exist only in a written proposal or engagement letter issued by Cortexmatrixbase Co., Ltd.

Intellectual property

Website copy, layout, and original chart templates remain the property of Cortexmatrixbase Co., Ltd. Client extracts and dealership data remain the client’s property. Deliverables prepared for a client may be used internally by that client; republication or resale requires prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, or submit false contact details intended to disrupt operations.

Liability

Engagements provide analytical findings and recommendations based on information supplied by the client and observations during the agreed window. Decisions on staffing, pricing, OEM systems, and customer handling remain with the dealership. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Cortexmatrixbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from commercial decisions made after receiving deliverables. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
