Refunds, deposits & rescheduling
These terms apply to paid aftersales analytics engagements with Cortexmatrixbase Co., Ltd. They do not cover physical product retail, because we do not sell products through this site.
Eligibility
Refunds relate to engagement fees paid under a written proposal. Informational website content and unpaid enquiries are not purchases.
Deposits
Performance reviews and multi-week work typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the start week. Briefings and short briefs may require 50% when a specific date is held. Deposits are credited against the final invoice.
Full refund
If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 30 days, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the unused engagement.
Partial refund & work already started
If you cancel after data intake or floor observation has begun, we invoice for work completed to date at the proposal rates and refund any unused balance of prepaid fees. Completed analysis days and prepared chart packs are non-refundable once delivered.
Non-refundable items
Third-party travel already purchased with your written approval, printed materials produced for a confirmed briefing, and delivered monthly reporting packs for months already closed are non-refundable.
Timeframe to request
Refund requests should be emailed to hello@cortexmatrixbase.click within 14 days of the event giving rise to the request, with your engagement reference and reason.
Process & processing time
We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, unless a bank transfer to a Thai account is agreed in writing.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may reschedule a confirmed start date once without fee if you give at least ten business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 15% of the engagement fee to cover reallocated analyst time. Cancellations with fewer than five business days’ notice for a briefing forfeit the deposit.
No-shows
If key client contacts are absent for a booked on-site day without 24 hours’ notice, that day may be billed as delivered and a new date quoted separately.
